Ticket Reply Mail Problem

I’ve reviewed the documentation and searched the archives and most
things seem to be working great now after my installation, but for some
reason I’m having problems with replying to a ticket. Sending an e-mail
into the system creates a ticket perfectly, but if I login and reply to
the ticket e-mails are not being sent properly, even if I manually enter
an address to CC on the reply. I’m using qmail with vpopmail as an MTA
and it’s located on the same machine as rt. Below is what’s found in
/var/log/messages after submitting the reply.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Both of those relate to RT2; instead of the hack shown in
the second article, for RT3 you just want to look for the
$NotifyActor configuration option.
