I’ve got over 13k tickets. Is there any way to change the sequence to be a
combination of alpha and a numeric string?
I noticed that places like WCOM appear to start their ticket numbering at
zero every day but preface the ticket number with a string of alpha
characters.
It’s “hard” to rattle off a five or six digit number to someone on the
phone.
