Hi, @muhammad_azhar, maybe the cron/timer task runs only at 9:14pm? Does it works fine if you run the script manually?

Check your system documentation. I’m a Slackware user, so I run crontab -e but you, probably, need to configure a systemd service and timer at /etc/systemd/system/.

no one set manually setting 9am, and i don’t know how to check this problem. this tiket create by email.
In “history” tab there is all information about the creation date or if someone is changing the value of any field in the ticket.
Just guessing… maybe there is a default value in DDBB for this field and RT doesn’t change it if it’s set.
