Ticket Dates: Auto Set Start and Due

At a per queue level, I’d like to automatically set the Start and Due dates when I’m in the queue and click on the Create Ticket button.

I’d like the Start to be Now (without time) and the Due to be Today + 30 days.

Do you have any recommendations on how to do that?

Have you tried a scrip with the “On Create” condition and a custom action that sets these values? You could then apply the scrip to the queues where you want this to happen.
