Ticket Creation from Full email box

Im on RT5 and would like to stop ticket replies and assigns which land on email inbox which are full , which then send a reply saying they are full to RT , from creating a new ticket !
How is this done ?

Hi Jorge.

We use procmail to filter mailer-daemon messages. Some were ignored.

For certain kind of messages we rewrite and insert the Ticket-ID from Body to the Subject so the answer is inserted into the ticket as comment to inform the owner, the requestor did not receive the correspondance.

There before we used to search for the Ticket-ID in the body if a mail from mailer-daemon were received. And before that we just bounced them to an administrative mailbox without injection.

Anyway you have to identify and handle this mails before injecting into RT.
