Ticket creating problem

Hi all,

I am new here and just installed rt 3.4.4 windows
version.
I could not create the ticket. I submit the ticket, it
open a new URL windows but did not create ticket. I
received an internal error.

Is there anyone can help me to solve this ticket
creating. Any advice will be appreciated.

Check your RT log file for errors AND your HTTP error_log

I have no idea where these might be on a windows box though.

Also, I suggest setting up a Linux server instead and running RT on there.
