i have noticed, that while answering a ticket, RT sometimes
puts the text of the writer into the answer-textbox, and sometimes not.
i cannot find the reason or the things that are responsible for this
behavior, so i ask you if anybody knows, what to do, to make RT
quoting the text “every time” i answere a ticket…

If You use the ‘Reply’ link on the top of the page, You will answer to
the whole ticket and none of the correspondence will get quoted. If You
use the ‘Reply’ with the link associated with a comment or
correspondence, that text will get quoted.
