Does RT have any option for generating and display attachment thumbnails when viewing tickets?
Sometimes we get multiple images attached to a ticket. Sometimes it can be a mix of images from email signatures and screenshots for example. It can be hard to keep track of which attachment is which when you’re only given the filename and size.
If we could display a thumbail for each attachment it would make our lives just that little bit easier. This is one of my main usability gripes with RT and I’ve always just assumed it doesn’t have the functionality as I would imagine that would be something that would be enabled by default if it did.
If RT doesn’t have this functionality, are there any extensions that implement this?
