How do I change it from showing 10 highest tickets to 20 highest
tickets.

I just had to look in the RT_Config file
Set($MyTicketsLength, 10);

I’m not interested in showing the 10 Highest Tickets I Requested
on the HOME page. Is it possible to remove that field and show
the entire Incoming queue below the 10 Tickets I Own ??

I remember someone was trying to do this in RT2 but I never heard
if it was actually completed.
