Hi!
I try to find a way to send “Admin-Bcc”. For our organisation
and for the success of our RT project it is important to hide the
address of the admin staff. But after searchin through the mailing list
and the code I only found bcc in the ticket update section. Is it still
impossible to define a admin-bcc for a queue?
