The default queue via RT

Hello All,

Is it possible to change the email from address (e.g. The default
queue via RT)?

I found how to change the email text (templates) but not the sender!

What version of RT are you using?

For recent versions:

Admin -> Queues -> Select

Then select the queue that corresponds to the queue that the ticket is in.

Under Basics, edit the Description.
