 I am writing this to thank you.  Thank You!  We installed the

Request Tracker about 2 months ago
and we just resolved our 100th ticket. I love the software. We moved
it to one of our web servers
last month and all of the email features started working. This software
has improved everything we
do! We are about to upgrade to version 2 of this awesome software.
