I would like to use a Text Template for a an specific Ticket mask with some
fields like why or how some Layout adjustments etc…
But i dont’t want to use Custom Fields
Any chance to realise this ?

Sounds like you want Custom Fields, or RTx-FormTools or to otherwise
write an external form and mail tickets into RT

Almost … i think
cause we don’t want to use any e-mail aupport with rt for serveral reasons
i need a solution without e-mail
maybe there is a way to send them to localhost or sth. this will fit …

Please stop requoting and resending your emails with no new
information.
It isn’t clear why you don’t want to use inbound email
, but you could certainly use the perl or rest api.

We have an external E-Mail Provider … in future we want to use an exchange
Server … but for now we havent any ressources for that… so i need a local
email solution …

My programming knowledge is very well, so it isn’t easy for me to adapt an
extension for a function …
But I would try to mastery this …
so can anybody give some hints or tips?
I don’t know how to tackle it.
