hi all and happy new year,

i have a small question.

is it possible to view the body of html e-mails directly in the
ticket-view (rt-version 3.0.8), without selecting the download link.
changes in the rt_config.pm $TrustHTMLAttachments didnt have any
effects.

This option change behavior of download link.

There was patches and suggestions on list about such tricks with MTA or
RT code.
