I have 2 questions:

Where can I found the list of what can be embedded in a Template? The
only one I know is what is already in some templates (Ticket->id or
Transaction->description) but is there any doc about them? -
I’d like to add either the complete correspondence or the mail body
that created the ticket in the resolved template. Is it possible? How?
