I have a script: OnResolve NotifyAllWatchers with template Resolved.
And a standard template:
According to our records, your request has been resolved. If you have any
further questions or concerns, please respond to this message.
When i close a ticket and i fill in the answer of a question (task,problem)
And click on submit. The requester and the Queue admin get email.
Now i’am searching for a variable (or token) that get’s the message content,
(the answer of a question (task,problem)) and puts it in the template.
so that this content is beeing emailed to the requester and queue admin.
I have tried the following but none of these helped.
{$Transaction->Message()}
{$Transaction->Content()}
{$Ticket->Transactions()}
The problem you’re running into is that the Comments or Correspondence
transaction is actually seperate from the “Resolved” transaction. There
isn’t an easy way to fix this yet.On Mon, Jun 25, 2001 at 02:16:40PM +0200, Bas Toonk wrote:

It’s a major design change. It’s not going to be fixed in the near future.
You might be able to construct a bit of code that will pull the last transaction with an attachment out of the DB.

There are no supercomputer applications that are solvable that cannot be solved
in finite time using a fucking TRS-80 with approprite disk/tape drives. Zero.
