Tech not getting email

Hi,

Post a slip and assign to a tech. The tech do not get an email

Anyone know how to fix this?

How do you search the maillist?

All mailing operations are goverened by “scripts”. You will need to setup a
script to notify owner. Maybe on status change? (we don’t do this here, so I
haven’t tested a suitable event).
