Is there an option to take a ticket w/o having to open it?

I am using RT 3.2

Hi All

I added this column in the local/html/Search/Elements/TicketRow per

http://lists.bestpractical.com/pipermail/rt-users/2003-August/016353.html
and now I see “Take” in my /Search/Listing.html output. It works
perfect.

But where do I add “Take” column for it to show in the
/Search/Results.html output?
