"Take" permissions defaulted when not checked

Here’s a new one for me… If I have a privileged user with only “View ticket summaries / ShowTicket” rights on a queue, that user can still “Take” tickets. Is that expected behavior?

Hi,

In my contexte, we can see the “take” link, but if I clic on it, I have an error and cant really take the ticket.

I will verify after the WE if it’s still the case in 5.0.7.

Disregard! I had global rights assigned to privileged that was not specific to any queue!

I believe that’s where my issue lies… Nothing related to RT code.
