Tables and images can't be displayed well

Dears,
If we view the ticket which contains Excel tables and images(the ticket is created by Inbound Email), the table format will be corrupted and images will be displayed in the bottom.
Then I tried to open it by click “Download (untitled)http://cnitsystemsupport.sgs.net/rt/Ticket/Attachment/6935/6087/”, I find the tables displayed normally but all the images will be displayed abnormally.
I use RT 4.0.10.
Any suggestions to solve my issues?
