I recently upgraded to Mac OS X 10.2 (aka. Jaguar) and have been
struggling for the good part of the last 2 days to get RT (rt-2-0-14)
up and running on my machine.
I can get all the dependencies installed, however when I install RT,
I get the following errors:
Congratulations. RT has been upgraded. You should now check-over
/Users/rt/etc/config.pm for any necessary site customization. Additionally,
you should update RT’s system database objects by running
/Users/rt/etc/insertdata
where is the version of RT you’re upgrading from.

So it seems i doesn’t install - and I’m not sure what to do. I
desperately need to get RT, so i’d appreciate any help from others
who might have been able to get it to work

HFS+ is case preserving but not case sensitive. It’ll work better on a
