Stripping e-mail signatures and quoted messages

Hi

Is there a way to automatically remove signatures and corporate
"disclaimers" garbage from e-mails that get fed into an RT queue?

Also, is there a way to automatically remove quoted mail bodies stemming
from previous messages?
