I’m running rt 2.0.15, and I’m having trouble with mail not getting
sent for certain CC’s.
The queue’s group rights have “Everyone” set to CommentOnTicket,
ReplyToTicket, and Watch. The queue has 5 admincc’s who receive all
mail.
No matter how I change around rights, the only people who seem able
to receive mail from tickets in this queue are 1. the requestor, and 2.
the admincc’s. I’m trying to cc a user who’s not on the admincc list,
and it just goes into the aether.

Do you have the appropriate scrips configured?
