StatusChange Template

Hi all,

I tried to edit the StatusChange template so that,
whenever someone takes a ticket, a mail is sent to the
requestors of the ticket with following message.

The Owner of your ticket status is: {$Ticket->Owner()}

I used this variable, but the mail is sent with the ID
of the Owner.

I would like to know what can I do to send the name of
the owner instead of the ID?
