Status change script not working


I am having a issue in status change script .
I want to generate a email for owner ( notify owner ) whenever there is
change in the status of the ticket.
When I set this option in RT 3.0 it tries to send a email to user
rt-3.0.4-66-229.13.5457029773562 ( the number generated changes
everytime )

I am not sure how is it generating the sender name considering the
domain is right

Under is the error message I get in messages file

“Aug 12 18:15:40 n200 RT:
No recipients found. Not sending.

Please advise
