Statitstics for RT2

Hello, I was trying to find some statistic package
that will work with RT 2.0.15. Although I found some
links in the RT documentation/lists archive, none of
the links are active.
Does anyone have a copy of any of those statistics
packages? If it’s not too big, I could receive it as
an attachment.

Thanks!

Hi Jessica:

You will want to install the RTx::Statistics package. I also am
developing a perl script to email RT reports as well, if you are interested.

Yea, failed to notice that they were looking for stats on a legacy RT
system. I agree with you, it probably won’t work.

Well, I kind of doubt that the RT 3 stats package will work with RT
2.0.15, but I’ve been surprised before!
