Statistics

The statistics pages are excellent! Perhaps a page with Average and total
time worked by queue by day? I’ve been trying to cobble this together with
depressingly bad results. I just don’t have a good understanding of how it
all works yet.

I have installed the Cozens Statistics Package.
Whenever I click on the link for ‘Average Time to
Resolution, by queue,’ I get the error:

Has anyone else run into this? Are there any other
packages for statistics?

Many Thanks,
Aaron

Hi

I have installed the statistics package on to seperate servers, a test
server and our production. all works fine in in the test server, but on the
production server, the graphs do not show up. everything else is the same
(the libraries are installed etc)

when i access the stats on the production server, the error_log for apache
shows

Hello !

i have installed RT, and i’d like to use the statistics module. I installed the GD and GD::Graph perl modules and copy the uncompressed archive in “/opt/rt3/local/html”. It seems there’s no more action to do, reading the documentation. So, the text statistics works but, the graphs doesn’t work ! I don’t understand why :frowning:
Can someone help me ?

Olivier,

Check that the versions installed are the same as the ones

listed, and make sure to run tests on the GD and GD::Graph packages
outside of RT/Apache…

The other thing to try is to right click the image and save it to a file (or copy the url and save it that way), and look at the file contents

When the perl modules wasn’t installed i could see erros thanks to “see image” of the borwser, but now i can’t see error messages----- Original Message -----

Unfortunately, it’s been over a year since I looked at this stuff, it was my intention to add self test code in, but I haven’t been able to do that yet. The GD and GD::Graph packages should include testing instructions. The other thing to try is to right click the image and save it to a file (or copy the url and save it that way), and look at the file contents. There used to be a bug in RTFM that caused a blank line at the start of the file, but that was fixed a long time ago.
