Statistics with RT3.0.8 and RTFM 2.0.2

Has anyone tried the latest Statistics3 with RT3.0.8 and RTFM2.0.2? I know other versions of RTFM caused problems with Statistics and a patch for the RTFM callback was necessary. Is this still the case?

I have extracted the file to /opt/rt3/local which generated
/opt/rt3/local/lib/Statistics.pm and
/opt/rt3/local/html/Statistics/

However I don’t see squat on the left-hand pane (no statistics option). I have tried the rtfm-callback patch but that didn’t make any difference. Any ideas?

Thanks

I don’t quite know why, but the first time I installed it, I had to explicitly go to the main stats page ( http://TOP OF RT/Statistcs/index.html the index.html is required), then log out and log back in before it showed up in my left hand pane. Try that and let me know how it goes.

If anybody knows why this is, what the actual problem is, or “the best way” to add things to the left hand pane, please let me know…

Did you extract a file to /opt/rt3/local/html/Elements/Tabs? I haven’t
looked at the 0.1.3 tarball yet, but if I recall from the previous release,
it wasn’t hard to miss that file.
