'Starts'/'due' fields not set

Hello all,

I create my tickets from my web form using $ticket->Create(%ticket_vals)
but the ‘Start’ and ‘Due’ fields don’t get set. All other fields are OK.

my %ticket_vals = ( Queue => $queue,
Subject => “$prefref->{name}”,
Owner => 10,
Requestor => $prefref->{email},
Status => $status,
InitialPriority => ‘11’,
FinalPriority => ‘20’,
Starts => ‘2008-12-25’,
Due => ‘2009-01-01’,
FinalPriority => ‘20’,
MIMEObj => $ticket_body,
‘CustomField-1’ => $prefref->{“id”},

did I miss something?
