Stalled requests disappear - is this a problem?

Just changed a request status to stalled, and it disappeared from the
standard queue lists, and was not accounted for on the ‘Home’ page.

ISTM that they should still be visible by default; either counted as
’Open’, or included in their own column in the Quick Search block. The
manual even seems to suggest as much on P19.

When I click on the queue, I would also expect to see stalled items.
Perhaps greyed out or something.

What do other people think?

I was pretty confused by the way stalled tickets are handeled as well.
My plan is to add a column to the find new/open/tickets box indicating
the number of stalled items. Hopefully I’ll get around to do that in
the next week or two.
