I get the following error sporadically (maybe 1 out of 5 tries) when I
click on the New Query button under Tickets. It appears only in the lower
right column for “Saved Searches” (which I currently have 1). When this
error happens I also do not see the Display columns section either but
that is most likely due to the DIE statement that it encounters. When

Does work (in the 4 out of 5 instances) I am able to successfully run my
saved query.
Has anyone ever ran into such a situation like this? If so, what did you
do to fix it?
