Some troubles installing on Windows 2k

I´m trying to install RT on Windows 2k using the rt-3.0.8.exe installer file
found on download.bestpractical.com/pub/rt/contrib/ gone

But found some problems.

Where can I find some documentation about this distribution?

IIRC, it’s from www.elixus.org.
