Some fields are not carried over to Incident

Hello everyone,

I have a question about custom fields in our Incident Management system. I’ve noticed that when an Incident is created from an Incident Report, only certain custom fields are transferred over. I’m wondering why this is the case and how I can make sure that all custom fields, including the Priority field, are transferred over as well.

I’ve also noticed that custom fields are not transferred over when creating Investigations or Countermeasures from Incidents. Is there a way to apply the same solution to make sure custom fields are transferred in these cases as well?

From my understanding, the custom fields are associated to all the queues mentioned above, then I really want to understand why this is happening and how can i overcome this
