We try to use MandatoryOnTransition but rule’s ignored. Not sure if we configure and install extension properly but we follow instruction in RT::Extension::MandatoryOnTransition - Require core fields and ticket custom fields on status transitions - metacpan.org. There’s no error message appear when we change ticket to rejected. Please help us if you could. Thank you.
