Silencing "Use of uninitialized value" in various html pages

Hello!

We’ve rolled out RT 3.5.5 in a beta/eval test which has me paying much
more attention to the rt.log lately … and it’s buried in these sorts
of errors.

I’m localizing pages and silencing them by inserting proper value tests
… would you be interested in receiving patches for this?

Happily; diff -U4 it is. I’ll start sending them with subject of

“PATCH: silence warnings ”

…just so those who don’t care can set the filter to /dev/null now.
