Shredded a user & not ticket is "missing"

This is one I’ve never seen before. We had an invalid email attached to a ticket that was causing a problem. I used the Shredder with the auto-created user plug in (RT::Extension::ManageAutoCreatedUsers - Manage auto-created users - metacpan.org) which I have done before without issue.

However, now when I look for the ticket I get “cannot load ticket 39440”. I don’t see anything that I did that should have removed the ticket and our users don’t have rights to delete tickets. I’m going to check the actual MySQL database momentarily to see if there’s anything there. rt-validator says everything is ship shape.

Any ideas what could have happened?

yup; the ticket is just gone. I do have the database backup from last night which has most of the ticket data in it. Is there a way for me to restore a specific “ticket” from a .sql backup?
