I have a user, call him Bob, who is a member of an RT3 group
called Admins. A ticket is created in which the Admins group
is an AdminCc watcher.
I set up the Global group rights for the AdminCc role to
include:
CommentOnTicket
DelegateRights
OwnTicket
ReplyToTicket
SeeQueue
ShowTicket
ShowTicketComments
StealTicket
TakeTicket
But Bob can’t even see the ticket. If I make Bob and AdminCc
to the ticket directly (not as a member of the Admin group)
Bob can see the ticket just fine.
Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?
