ShowMessageHeaders with RTIR and RT 3.2.0

I just upgraded to RT 3.2.0 and the message history doesn’t display
correctly due to RTIR trying to modify the message and message headers.

The following file:
share/html/Callbacks/RTIR/Ticket/Elements/ShowMessageHeaders/Default

seems to be the culprit. The body of the message seems to be ok, but the
message header must have changed with upgrade and is not being parsed
correctly anymore. You end up getting html tags like this:Subject: the test subject is hereMIME-Version
: 1.0X-Mailer: MIME-tools
5.411 (Entity 5.404)

Instead of just the:
Subject: the test subject is here

I renamed the ShowMessageHeaders/Default file for now until it gets fixed.

I am also having a problem with the “clicky” headers in the problem
history. Does anyone
know of a fix yet for 3.2.0?

The next major release of RTIR, 1.2.0 will work with RT 3.2.x. We
haven’t yet finished porting RTIR to the RT 3.2 platform.

To quote Jesse,
“Just as a public notice, we’re in the process of porting RTIR to the RT
3.2 API, but it’s not there yet. we don’t support or recommend running
RTIR 1.0.x against RT 3.2 at this time. We’re working on getting it
stabilized as quickly as possible so you all can take advantage of the
cool new features in RT 3.2”
