Showing non-global custom-fields in "at a glance"

Hi,

(this is a re-post, perhaps rt-devel is more appropriate).

how would I display one or more additional fields that are
queue-specific custom-fields in the “RT at a glance”-area of the
start-page?

I have tried something like this:
http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?DisplayCustomFieldsInTicketSearch

But I only get the heading.
Format => “‘<a
href="$RT::WebPath/Ticket/Display.html?id=id">id/TITLE:#’,
‘<a
href="$RT::WebPath/Ticket/Display.html?id=id">Subject/TITLE:Subject’,‘TicketCustomFields.Kundenname
/TITLE:K-Name’, Priority, QueueName, ExtendedStatus”,

What more is there to do?

Any ideas?
