Show queues for all users

dear rt-users,

is there a way that one use (better a user of a specific group) can see all
queues (in the startpage)?
Actually a user can see only his own queues.

for example : A dispatcher want to see all unresolved tickets in all queues…

Sure. Give that user or group the global right to SeeQueue.
