Show description for CustomField Constituency

Hello,
Is it possible to show the description for the Constituency field when
opening a ticket?

Is it possible to show the description for the Constituency field when
opening a ticket?

What kind of description? If you want to put some text next to some input
then you can do it quite easily with java script (jQuery).

The description field is already filled on the customfield:
Values Sort Name Description Category (Check box to delete)

The idea would to be to show that description above on a separate box.

You will have to customomize ShowCustomFieldValue code to lookup the record
