I’m sure this has been asked before, but I haven’t found a specif answer
for 3.0.4:
Can RT be configured to show all open tickets to an unpriviledged web
user that they are referenced on by cc: or admincc:?
The situation is an IT manager at a client site, who is admincc: on the
queue would like to be able to see a list of all open tickets for his
organization.
