Setting up email gateway

I’m not sure how to resolve this error when sending email:

No permission to create tickets in the queue ‘general’.

I’m off to look in the archives but perhaps someone will beat me to the
answer.

Seems that you didn’t set the correct permissions for your queue ?!?

Easier than looking in the archives, look at the docs. Pay particular
attention to the initial setup. By default, there are no permissions
to do anything.

you may need to add permission to “Everyone” to create tickets on that
queue…
