Setting access rights for a single ticket?

Hi,

is there a possibility to explcitly set access rights for a single
ticket (e.g. in order to hide it from
members of a certain group that would normally be able to see it).

Did anyone have this problem before and can give me a hint how to
customize RT to do this?

Jan,

You can’t do this, as far as I know - you’ll probably have to set up a
separate queue for this.
