Set Admin CC on ticket creation


we are using rt 4.2.1.
Currently I’m looking for a feature to add some <dmins, queue based to AdminCC, whenever a ticket is created. (Tickets are create usually via email).
So, that the admin becomes an email notification, whenever a new ticket is created.
I tried to add them under -> Queue -> Viewer -> AdminCC without success. I’m I missing something?
