We’re doing a spot of RT hacking (as usual!) and we’ve been playing with rt-serializer to generate a subset of an existing RT database as the basis for development/testing instances. One thing we can’t work out is if rt-serializer can export some of the Global Attributes, specifically the UserCSS and UserLogo attributes?
And on a similar line, could it export custom lifecycles too? At the moment we’ve had to go back to RT4.x style Lifecycle config file fragments as the lifecycles aren’t in the serialized data.
