I’m running RT on RedHat 7.2. I run RT under an apache virtual host,
faults.geonet.org.nz on the host ultor.geonet.org.nz When auto replies are sent
to tickets the reply to address resolves to things like email@example.com
instead of firstname.lastname@example.org, which is set in the queue email address
(and is what I would like the Reply-to header set to). I think the translation
is occuring during the cannoniacal lookup in sendmail.
Any ways to fix this? Did I miss something really obvious?
