we had rt 4.2.0 on an old ubuntu server which (long story short) died last week. my boss took a new 16.04 ubuntu instance and installed 4.4.1 and was able to backup and restore the mysql database. for the last few days, everything seems to be working fine except 1 thing - the sending mail is coming from the queue name instead of before where it was the username ‘via RT’. i’ve looked at the rt_config.pm file and UseFriendlyFromLine is set to 1 using %s via RT so not sure why it is sending it with the queue name
