Sending Email keeps crashing

Hi All,

RT is encountering an error when sending emails. I observed that the email thread is too big which cause the error.

What are the possible solutions to this issue?

Any help is appreciated.

What is the error message you receive? Im guessing the problem lies in email land, rather than RT as such

An internal error occured. Please try again later Sir.

It happens every time they include the previous email thread when replying. The ticket ID that encountered this issue again has images and tables. So I’m guessing this causes the error again.

OK Im assuming thats what you’re seeing in the browser, what do you see in the error logs

Is there any way I can change the html email format?

If the container is too many it also causes the error.
