Sending attachments to a requestor

Hallo all,

i’ve got a question, that couldn’t be answered by reading the manual.

It happens that we have to send attachments to a requestor, but it does
not work, when we use the webinterface. So we tried to send it by mail
into the system, but it doesn’t work either. Where is the mistake?

There is a contrib module for that…
